What Care Costs and What You Get
Most practices make you book a call before they will tell you what anything costs. Here are the numbers, what each one covers, and what you keep afterwards.

Most naturopathic and functional medicine practices make you book a call before they will tell you what anything costs. We would rather you knew now, so you can decide with the numbers in front of you.
The numbers
Initial consultation, $260. The first full appointment, where your history, symptoms and goals are reviewed and the testing that fits you is chosen.
Follow up consultation, $95 to $150. Reviewing results, adjusting the plan, checking progress.
Testing, $175 to $525 per test. Which tests apply depends on your symptoms and goals.
Electro Dermal Screening, $165. Also called Biomeridian testing. A noninvasive assessment, used when it fits the picture.
Consultations are virtual or by phone, so these are the same wherever you are in the United States. Questions about payment methods or coverage are best answered directly: call (614) 985-1435 or email info@eohinfo.com.
Why testing is priced separately
Because a flat package would overcharge some people and undertest others. Dr. Jones selects the tests that fit your symptoms and goals, and that number is different for everyone.
It also follows from how she practises. In her own words on her services page: “I won’t guess about what your state of health is.” Testing is what makes the plan specific to you rather than generic.
What the first appointment covers
Your full history, not a ten minute summary
The symptoms you came in with, and the ones you had stopped mentioning
What has already been tried and what happened
Which tests are worth running for you, and which are not
What to expect next and roughly when
What you get back
When results are in, Dr. Jones prepares a personalized report through the Science Based Nutrition program. As her services page describes it, the report gives individual, drug free recommendations based on the imbalances and dysfunction identified in your own test results.
A copy of every result, with an explanation of what each one means
Nutrients, vitamins and dietary changes chosen for your findings
Lifestyle adjustments that follow from the results
A hard copy of all of your test results, with the plan that follows from them
Repeat testing later, so change is measured rather than assumed
What is included after that
A health coach to support you between appointments.
Healthie. 24/7 access and unlimited messaging with your doctor.
Progress tracking. A collaborative online tool for communication and education.
The report contains a hard copy of all of your test results, an explanation of what they mean, and the plan that follows from them.
Who this is not the right fit for
Worth saying plainly, so nobody spends money on the wrong thing:
Anyone needing urgent or emergency care. Go to a physician or urgent care, not here.
Anyone who wants a prescription first. This is a nutritional and natural approach. Conditions that need prescription medication are referred.
Anyone who wants to skip the testing. Testing is the method. Without it there is only guessing, and that is what this practice exists to avoid.
Why “normal” results may not mean healthy
Most lab reports compare your results against a normal range. Those ranges are built by each laboratory from roughly one to two hundred people tested recently, most of whom were tested because something was already wrong. A normal result means you are not yet as unwell as they were. That is a low bar, and it is why so many people with real symptoms are told nothing is wrong.
Where this connects
See the full range of diagnostic testing, how virtual consultations work, or how we look for the root cause.
If you already know what you are dealing with, start with hormone health, gut health and stool testing, parasite testing or sleep.

Do you take insurance?
Payment and coverage questions are best answered directly, because plans differ so much. Call (614) 985-1435 or email info@eohinfo.com and you will get a straight answer before you book.
How many tests will I actually need?
It depends on your symptoms and goals. Dr. Jones selects the tests that fit your case.
Can I do the consultation without the testing?
You can, but it changes what you get. Without results the plan rests on assumption, and avoiding that is the whole method here.
Can testing be spread out?
Yes. Testing is chosen in order of what will tell us most first. That is a conversation to have at your first appointment.
What if I am not in Ohio?
Consultations are virtual or by phone anywhere in the United States, and functional lab testing is completed at home or through local labs.
What if results show I need a physician?
Then that is what you will be told. Conditions that need prescription medication or urgent care are referred, and identifying that is part of what testing is for.
Is the report mine to keep?
Yes. The report contains a hard copy of all of your test results, an explanation of what they mean, and the plan that follows from them.
